Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your pan for the first time, wash it with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. While the enamel is non-stick, using a small amount of oil or parchment paper can assist in easy removal of loaves.
Compatibility:
- Stovetop: Suitable for gas, electric, and induction cooktops.
- Oven: Safe for high-heat oven baking.
Care Instructions:
- Always allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing with water to prevent thermal shock, which can crack the enamel.
- Use silicone, wood, or heat-resistant plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Hand wash only; do not place in the dishwasher as harsh detergents can dull the enamel over time.
- Dry thoroughly immediately after washing to prevent any potential rust at the rim.
