Full details
The Roland VR-1HD AV Streaming Mixer is designed for content creators seeking maximum engagement through high-quality livestreaming. It allows for dynamic multi-camera livestreams with superior picture and sound, outshining standard mobile phone or webcam streams. The VR-1HD features three HDMI inputs supporting various HD and computer resolutions, two studio-quality XLR microphone inputs, and a dedicated line input. Its design prioritizes live broadcasting with dedicated controls and a top-mounted microphone input for hands-free operation. The mixer includes built-in Scene Switching, allowing users to instantly jump between pre-arranged scenes with layered sources displayed in customizable inset windows, recalled via five scene preset buttons for more engaging livestreams. It also offers Chroma Keying for green screen effects, enabling subjects to be placed in different backgrounds. For seamless one-person operation, the VR-1HD provides three Auto Switching modes: Video Follows Audio, Beat Sync Switching, and Auto Scan. The Auto Mixing function acts as an on-board audio engineer, balancing audio inputs, prioritizing certain sources, and automatically adjusting audio when video sources change (Audio Follows Video). Advanced audio processing includes equalizers, gates, and compressors for professional sound, plus a Voice Changer effect derived from Roland’s VT series to radically transform voices in real-time. Additionally, users can trigger custom sound effects, jingles, or theme songs via USB memory using the four Audio Effects buttons. The VR-1HD connects to computers via USB 3.0, functioning like a webcam for streaming or recording in Full HD on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, or Facebook Live.
