Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your scooter, begin by unfolding the frame and securing the locking mechanism until you hear a click. Before your first ride, download the official Pure app to pair your device via Bluetooth; this allows you to activate the security lock and update the firmware. Charging should be performed using the provided proprietary charger in a dry, indoor environment.

Care instructions include periodically checking tyre pressure (or lack thereof, due to the tubeless design) and ensuring that the front drum and rear regenerative brakes are responsive. While the frame is IP65 water-resistant, avoid submerging the unit in deep puddles or high-pressure water streams. Always store the scooter in a cool, dry place to maintain battery health, and perform a monthly inspection of all bolts and folding hinges to ensure they remain tightened.
