Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maximize the longevity of your set, always hand-wash your knives in warm soapy water immediately after use. Avoid dishwashers, as high temperatures and harsh detergents can damage the steel and the polymer handle materials. After washing, dry each blade thoroughly with a soft cloth before sliding it back into the knife roll to prevent corrosion.
For the sharpening steel, hold it at a 20-degree angle to the blade and pull the knife across it with light, consistent pressure. Ensure all tools are completely dry before storing them in the roll to prevent trapped moisture. Periodically wipe down the interior of the knife roll with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry fully.
