FAQs
Is any assembly required?
No, the basket arrives fully assembled and ready to use.
How do I clean the basket?
Wipe the surface with a dry cloth only. Do not use detergents or water.
Can I use this for laundry?
It is designed primarily for dry items like toys, books, and accessories. Using it for damp laundry may damage the material.
Why does my basket look slightly different from the product photo?
Because the item is handmade, every basket has unique variations in texture and appearance.
Is the material safe for children?
Yes, it is designed for nursery use, but always ensure it is placed on a stable surface.
Troubleshooting
The basket seems slightly wobbly on uneven floors.
Gently press down on the base or rotate the basket to find the most stable orientation; because it is handwoven, slight variations in the base are normal.
Dust is accumulating in the woven gaps.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum attachment on a low-suction setting to gently remove dust from the crevices.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This product arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use. To maintain the appearance of the wicker, use only a dry cloth for dusting. Avoid using water or harsh chemical detergents, as these can damage the natural material finish. Place in a dry environment to ensure longevity, as excessive humidity may affect the natural fibers over time.
