FAQs

How do I clean the rubber stamps?

Wipe the stamps gently with a damp cloth or use a stamp cleaner designed for rubber stamps. Avoid abrasive materials.

What kind of paper works best with these stamps?

Most paper types are compatible. However, thicker paper or cardstock will provide the best results and reduce the likelihood of ink bleeding.

How long will the ink pads last?

The lifespan of the ink pads depends on usage. Proper storage and care can help extend their life.

Can I use other ink pads with these stamps?

Yes, but ensure the ink is suitable for rubber stamps to achieve the best results.

What if the stamp doesn't stick to the ink pad?

Make sure that the stamp is clean. In some cases, the stamp might need to be lightly wetted before inking for better ink adhesion.

Is the ink washable?

The ink may stain. Washing immediately after contact can help but it is not guaranteed.

Troubleshooting

Stamp impressions are not clear.

Ensure the stamp is evenly inked. Clean the stamp surface to remove any debris and press firmly on the surface.

Ink is smudging or bleeding.

Use a lighter touch when stamping or use a paper with a heavier weight to prevent ink from bleeding through. Let ink dry completely before handling.

Ink pads are drying out.

Ensure ink pads are sealed after each use. Add a few drops of re-inker designed for rubber stamps to refresh the ink pad.
