FAQs
Are these bowls suitable for cats?

Can I use these in the microwave?
While the ceramic material is high quality, the manufacturer specifies dishwasher safety; we recommend avoiding microwave use to preserve the integrity of the design and material.
What is the total capacity of the set?

How do I claim the 12-month guarantee?
Retain your purchase receipt or order confirmation, as this will be required by the retailer to process any guarantee claims.

Yes, the design is baked into the ceramic finish, making it resistant to fading from regular dishwasher cycles.
Troubleshooting
Bowl sliding on tile or hardwood floor
Place the bowl on a silicone mat or a rubber-backed pet placemat to improve grip.
Stubborn food residue in the bowl
Soak the bowl in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes before placing it in the dishwasher to loosen debris.
Pros and Cons
Pros

- Stylish and fun design for pet owners
- Two-piece set covers both food and water requirements
Cons

- Heavier than plastic alternatives, making them less portable
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Purely Home Bulldog set, follow these guidelines:
- Placement: Place on a level, non-slip surface. While the ceramic base is heavy, using a silicone feeding mat underneath can add extra stability.
- Cleaning: Simply place the bowls in the dishwasher with your regular cycle. For hand washing, use a non-abrasive sponge to protect the glaze and the cartoon illustration.
- Maintenance: Periodically inspect the bowls for any hairline cracks or chips, especially along the rim, which can occur over time through heavy usage or accidental contact.
- Guarantee: This product includes a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee for peace of mind regarding quality and workmanship.
