FAQs
Does this shelf come with the Toniebox?
No, the Toniebox and the magnetic figures are shown in product imagery for illustration purposes only and are not included.
How many figures can the shelf hold?
The shelf is designed to hold approximately 25 Tonie figures, depending on how they are arranged.
Is the mounting hardware included?
Standard mounting hardware is usually included, but it is recommended to verify the requirements for your specific wall type, such as drywall versus masonry.
What material is the shelf made of?
The BOARTI shelf is produced by the VCM family business and features a high-quality finish designed for durability in a child's room.
Can I paint the cloud shelf?
While the shelf comes in a white finish, painting it is not recommended as it could interfere with the integrated magnetic strips on the surface.
Is the shelf heavy?

Troubleshooting
Figures are sliding off the shelf
Ensure the surface of the shelf is clean and free of dust, as debris can interfere with the magnetic contact.
Shelf feels unstable on the wall
Check that the mounting screws are tightened correctly and ensure the correct wall anchors were used for your specific wall material.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation requires standard wall-mounting hardware appropriate for your wall type (e.g., drywall anchors for plasterboard or masonry bits for brick). Ensure the shelf is mounted at a height reachable by your child if you want them to operate the Toniebox independently. To maintain the finish, simply wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the white finish or affect the magnetism of the integrated strips. Ensure the magnetic strips remain free of debris to maintain the best grip for the figures.
