Troubleshooting
Pen not writing
Ensure the tip is extended. If the ink flow seems blocked, try scribbling on a scrap piece of paper. Check if the ink cartridge has been depleted.
Ink skipping or inconsistent line
The ballpoint tip may need cleaning. Gently wipe the tip with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry completely before use. Ensure you are writing on suitable paper; very glossy or coated papers can sometimes cause skipping.
Retraction mechanism stuck
Check for any debris obstructing the mechanism. Try gently wiggling the clicker while applying light pressure. Avoid forcing the mechanism, as this may cause damage.
