Yes, the shoulder strap is fully adjustable, allowing you to customize the length for shoulder or crossbody wear.
No, this bag is designed for daily essentials and is not sized to accommodate laptops.
Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap for surface cleaning. Do not submerge the bag in water or machine wash it.
The bag is made of polyester, which is water-resistant, but it is not fully waterproof.
The bag features a main compartment with a top zip closure, complemented by practical external pockets for organization.
Ensure the lobster-claw clasps are fully clicked into the side D-rings and that the strap adjustment slider is tightened.
Check for fabric obstruction along the track. If it persists, gently rub a graphite pencil tip along the teeth to act as a dry lubricant.
To prepare the bag for use, simply attach the shoulder strap to the side D-rings if hands-free carry is required. When not in use, ensure the bag is stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the green color. To clean, wipe the polyester exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the strap attachments and the zip hardware.
