The B&Q 10kg Olympic Weight Plate is designed for dedicated strength athletes and home gym enthusiasts looking to add durable, shock-absorbent equipment to their setup. Its primary benefit is the combination of a professional-grade, noise-reducing rubber construction with a bold camouflage aesthetic, though users should note that the 50mm bore size requires a specific Olympic-standard barbell for compatibility.

No, this plate is specifically designed for 50mm Olympic barbells.
While the rubber is shock-absorbent, you should always use a proper lifting platform or rubber gym matting to maximize the life of both the plates and your floor.
The plate features a standard 450mm outer diameter.
This product listing is for a single 10kg plate.
The camouflage design is integrated into the manufacturing process, though like all rubber fitness equipment, it may show cosmetic signs of wear with heavy, long-term use.
Ensure you are using a standard 50mm Olympic bar. If the fit is slightly loose, always use a high-quality locking collar to secure the weight.
This is normal for new rubber products. Leave the plate in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours to allow the scent to dissipate.
To use this plate, simply slide it onto any standard 50mm Olympic-sized barbell sleeve. Always secure the plate with a collar or clamp to prevent shifting during movement.
