Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before the first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to remove any manufacturing residue. While the pan is compatible with most standard hob types, avoid dragging it across glass or ceramic cooktops to prevent surface scratches.
To ensure longevity:
- Heat Management: Use low to medium heat settings. Overheating can degrade the non-stick ceramic coating.
- Utensil Selection: Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden tools. Avoid metal utensils, as they can scratch the ceramic finish.
- Cleaning: Hand washing is strongly recommended. While some parts may be dishwasher safe, aggressive detergents can eventually dull the coating.
- Storage: If stacking with other cookware, place a soft cloth or felt protector between the pan and other items to prevent chips.
