The VEVOR Hanging Magnetic Sweeper (QJ8013A-60) is designed for facility managers, warehouse operators, and construction site supervisors who need a high-capacity tool to clear expansive areas of dangerous metal debris. Its primary strength lies in its massive 1520 mm cleaning width and 42.2 kg lifting capacity, making it a powerful solution for maintaining safety in industrial zones; however, users should note that as a towed-style attachment, it requires a compatible forklift or vehicle setup to be fully functional.

It is primarily designed for forklift mounting, but it can be adapted for towing if the vehicle has an appropriate secure point for chains.
The magnet is rated for a 42.2 kg lifting capacity.
No, this is a permanent magnetic sweeper and does not require a power source.
Pull the quick-release handle to retract the internal magnet away from the outer shell, allowing the debris to drop.
Yes, the durable housing is built for outdoor industrial environments.
Lower the hanging height of the sweeper; the magnetic field strength decreases significantly with increased ground clearance.
Check if large metal objects are wedged between the magnet housing and the outer casing, and clear them manually.
Double-check the chain tension and ensure that eye bolts are fully tightened according to the mounting guide.
To set up the unit, align the mounting brackets with your forklift forks and secure them tightly using the included chains or eye bolts to prevent shifting during operation. Ensure the sweeper is positioned at an optimal height—too low and you risk hitting ground unevenness; too high and you lose magnetic attraction. For maintenance, wipe the casing down periodically to remove surface dirt and grease. Always engage the quick-release handle over a collection bin to avoid scatter. Inspect the mounting points for signs of metal fatigue after heavy-duty use to ensure the unit remains securely attached during transit.
