The SPORTNOW Smart Weighted Hula Hoop is ideal for individuals looking to integrate low-impact, efficient core training into their home fitness routine. By utilizing a 400g gravity ball to provide consistent resistance and a 360-degree massage effect, it simplifies the process of strengthening waist muscles and burning calories simultaneously. While it offers a versatile fit for waist sizes between 76 and 113 cm, users should note that the device requires enough physical clearance in the room to accommodate the rotating gravity ball safely during operation.

This model is specifically designed for waist sizes between 76 and 113 cm. Using it on a smaller frame may result in a loose fit that does not maintain the necessary contact for the massage effect.
Most models feature a reset button on the display. Consult your manual to toggle between tracking modes and clear the data after your workout.
The gravity ball weighs 400g, providing enough resistance for an effective workout without being overly heavy for beginners.
While it can be used outdoors, it is primarily designed for indoor use to protect the silent bearings from grit, moisture, and debris.
The hoop is a tool for increasing physical activity and core engagement, which can support weight management when combined with a balanced diet and overall healthy lifestyle.
The product is designed to work with the included 16 sections. Modifying the hoop beyond its intended range may compromise the non-drop functionality.
Check if the batteries are properly installed and have enough charge.
Ensure the internal track is free of debris and that all 16 sections are aligned perfectly at the connection points.
Verify that all locking tabs on the detachable sections are fully engaged and clicked into their closed position.
Setting up your SPORTNOW hoop involves connecting the required number of segments until the track matches your waist diameter. Ensure each segment is snapped firmly into place before use to prevent the slider from jumping the track. To care for the unit, wipe down the track periodically with a dry, soft cloth to remove any dust or debris that could hinder the silent bearing movement. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the plastic components. Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the integrity of the plastic links and the digital display batteries.
