Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your pan for the first time, wash it in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residues. While the pan is dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge is highly recommended to extend the lifespan of the ceramic coating. Avoid using metal utensils, such as forks or sharp spatulas, as these can scratch and degrade the non-stick surface; instead, opt for silicone, wooden, or heat-resistant plastic tools. When cooking, use low to medium heat settings, as extreme high heat can cause food to stick and damage the ceramic material over time. Always allow the pan to cool naturally before placing it in water to avoid thermal shock.
