Is the changing bag machine washable?
Typically, changing bags require spot cleaning. Please refer to the specific care label on the changing bag or the product manual for the most accurate cleaning instructions, as machine washing may damage the materials.

Troubleshooting
Car seat not clicking securely onto the base or stroller.
Ensure the car seat is aligned correctly with the connection points. Listen for an audible click. Check for any obstructions on the connection points of both the seat and the base/stroller.
Rotating base is stiff or difficult to turn.
Check that the car seat is not installed on the base when attempting to rotate. Ensure no other items are obstructing the rotation mechanism. Refer to the base manual for specific release and locking procedures.
Fabric components show signs of wear or staining.
Follow the care instructions for spot cleaning or washing removable parts. For persistent stains, consult the manufacturer's guidelines or a professional cleaning service.
Adaptors do not seem to fit the stroller chassis securely.
Confirm you are using the correct adaptors provided with the bundle for the car seat and the Wow XL chassis. Ensure they are inserted fully until they lock into place.
