FAQs

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

Battery life varies depending on usage (vacuuming vs. blowing and intensity). Please refer to the product manual for specific runtimes. It is recommended to fully charge the device before each use.

Can this vacuum be used to clean up wet spills?

No, this product is designed for dry use only. Attempting to vacuum liquids can damage the motor and void the warranty.

How often should I clean the filter?

It is recommended to clean the filter after every few uses, or when you notice a decrease in suction power. Refer to the care section for cleaning instructions.

What is the warranty period for this product?

Please consult the product packaging or the manufacturer's website for specific warranty information.

Can I use the blower function to clean outside?

While the blower can be used for outdoor tasks like clearing light debris from a patio, its power is best suited for smaller, more controlled areas like keyboards or outdoor furniture.

How do I switch between vacuum and blower modes?

The device typically features a switch or requires a simple adjustment of the nozzle attachment to change between vacuum and blower functions. Consult your product manual for precise instructions.

Troubleshooting

Vacuum not picking up dirt effectively

Ensure the dustbin is emptied, the filter is clean, and the nozzle is not blocked. Check that the battery is adequately charged.

Blower function is weak

Verify that the nozzle is clear of obstructions. Ensure the battery is fully charged as reduced power can affect blowing performance.

Device won't turn on

Confirm the battery is charged. If charging, ensure the charger is properly connected to both the device and a power outlet.

Unit stops working during use

The battery may be depleted. Allow the device to recharge fully. Check for any internal blockages that might cause overheating and auto-shutoff.
