This balanced, lightweight electrician's safety helmet is non-vented and features a 6-point Fas-Trac® III ratchet suspension and a GS-ET-29 class 1 face shield certified for protection against arc flash. It is designed for use where top impact hazards to the head, chemical splash, Ultra-Violet radiation, molten metal splash, or electric arc to the face exist. The helmet is constructed from ABS for strength and lateral crush protection. Its modern, dynamic, and sports-styled shell boasts a low profile due to a patented visor mechanism that minimizes shell size. A channel around the helmet's perimeter diverts rain and debris from the user. The face shield offers a premium anti-fog/anti-scratch coated visor that fits over corrective and safety glasses. The 6-point Fas-Trac® III ratchet suspension includes a premium washable and replaceable sweatband. It comes complete with a 4-point chinstrap for better helmet retention and is delivered in a protective, reusable storage bag. The helmet is compatible with hearing protection, and optional accessories like an arc flash resistant chin cup, arc flash ear flaps, badges, lamp holders, and custom logos are available upon request. Other helmet shell colors include Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, and Orange. The helmet conforms to the following standards: Anti-static assembly; certified electrostatic-INERIS for use in ATEX/explosive environments.
