Troubleshooting
Rackets feel flimsy
The rackets are made from soft PU foam for safety, which makes them lighter and less rigid than standard rackets. This is intentional for beginner use.
Ball not bouncing well
The soft foam ball is designed for slower play and may not bounce consistently on hard surfaces. Try playing on softer surfaces like carpet or grass for better bounce.
Material feels different from expected
The product is made from soft PU foam. This material is chosen for safety and lightweight play. Refer to product images for visual cues on material texture.
