Bartoline All Purpose Wallpaper Adhesive is designed for DIY enthusiasts and professionals seeking a reliable, traditional flake-based adhesive that works across all wallpaper types. Its primary benefit is the excellent slip property, which allows for precise positioning of wall coverings to achieve a seamless finish. However, users should note that it requires a manual mixing process and proper surface preparation, meaning it is not a ready-to-use formula for those looking for an instant application solution.

Yes, this adhesive is fully compatible with paste-the-wall products; simply apply the paste directly to the wall surface.
You should let the mixture stand for 3 minutes after the initial 30-second stir before stirring it again for final use.
It is suitable, but you must treat any areas prone to mould with a fungicidal wash before application to ensure a long-lasting bond.
Wipe the area immediately with a clean, damp sponge, taking care not to rub too hard on delicate surfaces.
You should size any absorbent surfaces before use and allow them to dry completely to ensure the paste does not lose its moisture too quickly.
Ensure the powder is sprinkled into the water slowly while stirring briskly rather than dumping it all at once.
Ensure that the edges were pasted generously and that the surface was properly sized if it was highly absorbent.
Check that the room temperature is not excessively high and ensure you are not overspreading, which can thin the layer too much.
To prepare the adhesive, add the required volume of cold water to a clean bucket, sprinkle the sachet contents, and stir briskly for 30 seconds. Allow the mixture to stand for 3 minutes before a final thorough stir. Before applying, ensure walls are clean, dry, and dust-free. If the area is prone to dampness, use a fungicidal wash first. For highly absorbent surfaces, always use a sizing agent and allow it to dry completely before applying the wallpaper adhesive. Store unused powder in a cool, dry place to maintain product integrity.
