Troubleshooting

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin using the Ochama Jewellery Organiser, simply place it on a level, dry surface away from direct sunlight. To maintain the case, gently dust the outer slate grey shell with a dry, lint-free cloth. For the interior velvet drawers, use a soft-bristled brush or a handheld vacuum on a low-suction setting to remove any lint or debris. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or water on the velvet lining, as this may cause staining or texture degradation. Ensure the case is kept in a low-humidity environment to prevent oxidation of silver or base metal jewelry pieces.
