Troubleshooting

Diffuser not producing scent.

Check that the diffuser has sufficient water and the power is on. Clean the diffuser according to the manufacturer's instructions to remove any oil buildup.

Skin irritation after topical use.

Discontinue use and wash the area with soap and water. Ensure you're diluting the essential oil with a carrier oil before use.

Scent is too strong.

Use fewer drops of essential oil or diffuse in a larger room. If used topically, ensure you have adequately diluted the oil.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

  1. Diffuser Use: Follow your diffuser’s instructions for adding essential oils and water. Generally, add 5-10 drops of the NEOM blend to your diffuser's water reservoir.
  2. Bath Use: Add 5-10 drops of the chosen blend to a warm bath. Ensure the oil is well-dispersed in the water.
  3. Topical Use: Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil (like jojoba, almond, or grapeseed oil) before applying to the skin. A good ratio is 1-3% essential oil to carrier oil (e.g., 1-3 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil).

*Care Instructions:*

  • Store essential oils in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep vials tightly sealed when not in use.
  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
