Product Information
Full details
The Piquadro Resväska is a premium, rigid-shell travel case designed for adult travelers who prioritize durability and organizational efficiency. With a substantial 83-liter capacity, it offers ample space for extended trips while providing peace of mind through its integrated TSA-approved locking system. While its robust construction ensures excellent protection for your belongings, potential users should note that the hard-shell design and substantial weight of nearly 4 kilograms make it less ideal for travelers who need an ultralight or expandable soft-sided bag.

FAQs
Is this suitcase considered a carry-on?
At 75 cm in height, this suitcase exceeds the standard carry-on dimensions for most airlines and should be checked in as luggage.
Does the hard shell scratch easily?
While the shell is durable and impact-resistant, like all hard-sided luggage, it may show surface scuffs after rough handling during travel.
How do I set the TSA lock combination?
Locate the small reset button on the lock, set your desired code, and release the button to lock in your new combination.
Can I use this for international flights?
Yes, the integrated TSA lock is specifically designed for international travel, allowing security personnel to inspect your bag without damaging the lock.
What is the total weight of the bag?
The suitcase weighs approximately 3931 grams (3.9 kg).
Troubleshooting
The TSA lock mechanism feels stiff
Ensure the dials are perfectly aligned to your combination and use a small amount of graphite lubricant if necessary.
Telescopic handle won't retract fully
Check the interior lining for caught fabric that may be obstructing the handle tracks and clear any debris.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your Piquadro suitcase in peak condition, follow these guidelines:
- Lock Setup: Consult the manual to set your custom combination on the TSA lock. Always keep the lock set to your unique code before locking it for travel.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior shell with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to remove scuffs and dirt. Avoid harsh solvents that could damage the finish.
- Storage: Store the suitcase in a cool, dry place. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the case when it is empty to maintain the structural integrity of the frame.
- Wheels: Regularly inspect the trolley wheels for debris or tangled hair to ensure a smooth, silent glide during your travels.
