Troubleshooting

Camera won't turn on.

Check if the battery is charged and properly inserted. Also, check the battery contacts for any debris. If the battery is fully charged, and the camera still won't turn on, try a different battery.

Images are blurry.

Ensure the lens is properly attached and the focus mode is set correctly. If shooting in low light, increase the ISO or use a tripod.

Camera won't connect to Wi-Fi.

Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled in the camera's settings and that you have entered the correct network password. Ensure your device is compatible.

LCD screen is unresponsive.

Turn the camera off and on. If the issue persists, reset the camera to factory settings via the menu options. Check for the latest firmware update.

Video recording stops unexpectedly.

Check the SD card's capacity and speed. Ensure there is enough space and that the card meets the camera's video recording requirements. The battery may be low.
