FAQs

Can the set be left outside all year?

While the set is made from durable, weather-resistant materials, we recommend using a protective cover in winter and storing cushions indoors to prevent premature wear.

How many people does this set seat?

This set is designed to comfortably seat up to 10 adults using the two sofas, two chairs, and two stools.

Are the cushion covers machine washable?

Yes, the cushion covers are removable and can typically be washed on a gentle cycle, though hand washing is recommended to preserve the fabric integrity.

Does the table come with a parasol hole?

This model features a standard tempered glass top design; please check your specific unit packaging for any pre-cut accessory holes.

How heavy is the furniture?

The pieces are constructed from lightweight steel frames, making them relatively easy to reposition, yet stable enough for daily outdoor use.

Is the glass tabletop shatterproof?

The table features tempered safety glass, which is designed to be much stronger than regular glass, though it should still be handled with care to avoid impact.

Troubleshooting

Tabletop wobbles on uneven patio surface

Adjust the feet levelers if equipped, or use small furniture shims to stabilize the frame on irregular ground.

Difficulty aligning screw holes during assembly

Do not fully tighten any bolts until all screws on a specific section are partially threaded; this allows for minor adjustments to alignment.

Surface stains on the rattan

Use a soft-bristle brush and a mild detergent solution to gently scrub the affected area, then rinse with a hose on low pressure.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • High seating capacity for large groups
  • Weather-resistant PE rattan and powder-coated steel frame
  • Easy-to-clean tempered glass tabletop
  • Modular design allows for custom garden configurations
  • Removable cushion covers for easy cleaning

Cons

  • Requires assembly upon delivery
  • Large footprint necessitates a spacious patio area
  • Cushions should be stored indoors during inclement weather

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The set arrives flat-packed; ensure you have a clean, level surface to lay out all components before starting assembly. It is recommended to use a manual screwdriver rather than a power drill to avoid overtightening and damaging the steel frame. For long-term care, regularly wipe down the rattan with a damp cloth and mild soapy water. While the materials are weather-resistant, it is highly recommended to store the cushions in a dry area when not in use or during the winter months to maintain their longevity. Using a protective furniture cover during the off-season will help keep the set looking new for years.
