Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install the Burgtec Top Cap, ensure your bicycle uses a 1 1/8 inch stem setup. Simply remove your existing top cap, place the Burgtec unit on the stem, and secure it using the required Burgtec Top Cap Bolt. Do not overtighten; tighten only until the headset play is eliminated. For care, clean the component with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the anodised finish over time.
