The bike features folding points on the frame and handlebar stem. Always ensure the folding latches are fully engaged with the safety locks before riding.
Yes, the battery is integrated into the seat-post, which can be removed and taken inside for charging.
The bike is designed for standard adult usage; please consult the owner's manual for specific weight limit specifications.
No, the Gates carbon belt drive is designed to run dry. Do not apply oil or grease to the belt.
The bike is equipped with mudguards, and the electronic components are weather-sealed, but avoid deep water or heavy pressure washing.
The seat-post height is adjustable, but keep in mind that the battery is inside the post; ensure the cable connection remains secure when adjusting.
Ensure the seat-post battery is correctly inserted and the connection pins are clean and fully seated.
Check the battery charge level and ensure the cadence sensor is free from debris.
This indicates air in the hydraulic lines; the system may require a professional bleed service.
Upon receiving your bike, ensure the seat-post battery is fully locked into position, as this serves as the primary power connection. Regularly check the air pressure in your CST 20-inch tyres to maintain the 60 km range. The Gates carbon belt does not require lubrication; if it becomes dirty, simply rinse it with water. Keep the folding hinges clean and lightly lubricated to prevent stiffness. The MIK carrier tray is compatible with a wide range of MIK-certified bags and baskets, allowing for modular cargo setups. If you need to service the brakes, use only mineral oil recommended for Tektro hydraulic systems.
