FAQs
Can I put these pots in the dishwasher?
While some components may be dishwasher safe, hand washing is highly recommended to preserve the integrity and lifespan of the ceramic non-stick coating.
Are the handles oven safe?
The handles are designed to be heat-proof for stovetop use, but they are not intended for use in the oven. Always use caution and refer to the specific temperature limits.
Can I use metal spoons with these pots?
No, metal utensils will scratch and damage the ceramic non-stick coating. Please use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils.
Does the set include lids for every pot?
Yes, each of the four pots comes with its own perfectly fitted tempered glass lid.
What is the PFOA-free feature?
PFOA is a chemical sometimes used in the manufacturing of non-stick coatings. Being PFOA-free means your pots do not contain this substance, contributing to a healthier cooking environment.
Troubleshooting
Food is sticking to the surface
Ensure the heat is set to low or medium; high heat can cause food to bond to the ceramic coating. Avoid using non-stick cooking sprays, which can build up and reduce effectiveness.
Surface has minor scratches
Check all current utensils; you are likely using metal tools. Replace these with silicone or wooden alternatives to prevent further damage.
The pot is wobbling on the stove
Ensure the base is clean and free of debris. If the wobble persists, check that the burner surface is level.
