FAQs

Can I put the ceramic holder in the dishwasher?

No, the ceramic holder should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth to preserve the decorative floral finish.

What happens when the candle reaches 1cm of wax?

You should discontinue use for safety reasons, as the remaining wax is insufficient to support the wick and may cause the holder to overheat.

Is the gift box included?

Yes, the product comes in a beautifully illustrated gift box ready for presentation.

Can I reuse the jar?

Yes, once the candle is finished and the vessel is cleaned, it makes an excellent keepsake pot for small items or stationery.

Are there specific safety precautions for this candle?

Always keep the candle away from fire hazards, pets, and children, and never leave it burning unattended.

Troubleshooting

The candle is producing soot or smoke

Extinguish the candle and trim the wick to 1cm before relighting.

Wax is tunneling (burning only in the center)

Ensure the candle is burned for long enough during the first use to allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the ceramic.

Residue on the outside of the holder

Gently wipe the exterior with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To maximize the life of your Love Life candle, always trim the wick to 1cm before each lighting to ensure an even burn and prevent smoking. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts or children and pets. When the wax level drops to 1cm, discontinue use to prevent the ceramic from overheating. To clean the holder for reuse, simply wipe the inside with a damp cloth; do not submerge in water or place in a dishwasher as this may damage the exterior finish.
