No, this is toughened safety glass and cannot be cut, drilled, or resized after it has been manufactured.
Yes, the 4mm toughened glass is designed to withstand the heat levels typically generated by kitchen hobs and ranges.
It can be mounted on most flat surfaces, including painted plaster, brick, wallpaper, and existing panelling, provided the surface is level.
Yes, every unit comes with a complete fixing kit, including the necessary screws and decorative caps.
Keep your proof of purchase and contact the manufacturer support team directly regarding any manufacturing defects covered under the guarantee.
Check that the fixing screws are tightened appropriately and that the decorative caps are firmly seated to secure the panel.
Ensure you are using a clean, dry microfiber cloth and avoid using excessive amounts of liquid cleaner.
Installation should be performed by measuring your wall space precisely to ensure the 600 x 750mm panel covers your desired area completely. Because the glass is pre-drilled, identify the drill points on your wall carefully using a spirit level to ensure the panel sits perfectly straight. When cleaning, avoid abrasive scouring pads or harsh chemicals that could degrade the finish over time. Use standard household glass cleaner and a soft cloth for the best results. Ensure the glass is securely fastened using the provided decorative caps to prevent any wobbling or vibration during heavy appliance use.
