This is a fast-drying formula. Touch dry in approximately 15-20 minutes, and fully cured within 24 hours, though recoating can often be done sooner depending on conditions.
It is primarily designed for metal. For plastics, it's recommended to use a specific plastic primer first. Compatibility with wood is not guaranteed; a suitable primer would be necessary.
For best results, apply in temperatures between 10°C and 25°C (50°F and 77°F) in a well-ventilated area.
The surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants like grease, oil, or dust. Remove any loose paint or rust. Light abrasion (sanding) can improve adhesion.
Typically, two to three thin, even coats provide the best coverage and durability. Allow sufficient drying time between coats as recommended on the can.
Wash immediately with soap and water. For stubborn residue, a solvent-based hand cleaner may be used cautiously, followed by washing with soap and water.
Coverage varies depending on the surface and application thickness, but a 400ml can typically covers approximately 1-2 square meters with two coats.
Shake the can more vigorously and frequently during use. Ensure the nozzle is clean. Hold the can at the correct distance (approx. 25-30cm) from the surface.
