FAQs
Are these wipes truly flushable?
Yes, they meet the UK Fine to Flush standard and international INDA/EDANA standards, meaning they break down in the sewer system when used as directed.
Can I use these if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, the washlets are dermatologically tested and pH neutral, though you should always perform a patch test if you have specific skin allergies.
Are the wipes made of plastic?
No, Andrex Ultra Care Washlets are made from 100% plastic-free natural fibers.
How should I dispose of the packaging?
The packaging is designed to be recycle-ready. Please check your local council's recycling guidelines to see which plastic collection services are available in your area.
How many wipes should I flush at once?
For best plumbing safety, it is recommended to flush only one or two wipes at a time.
Troubleshooting
Wipes are drying out
Ensure the resealable flap is pressed down completely against the pack after each use.
Slow drainage after flushing
Do not flush multiple wipes at once; stick to one or two per flush to allow proper breakdown.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your plumbing, always dispose of these wipes one at a time. While they are certified to the UK Fine to Flush standard, they are not intended for use in older, fragile, or damaged plumbing systems that may already be prone to blockages. Store the packs in a cool, dry place and ensure the adhesive flap is pressed down firmly after each use to keep the remaining wipes moist. The packaging is designed to be recyclable, so check your local facilities for proper disposal of the empty plastic wrapping.
