The unit is designed with a convenient drain outlet. Simply locate and open the drain plug to easily empty any water that accumulates from condensation or defrosting.

Ensure both ends of the power cable are securely connected to the refrigerator's input port and the power source (car's 12V outlet or home's AC outlet). Try plugging into a different power outlet or vehicle's 12V socket to rule out an issue with the power source itself. Check if the vehicle's 12V socket has power (e.g., by testing with another device).

Verify the temperature setting on the digital touch panel is correctly set to your desired temperature (-20℃ for freezing). Ensure the lid is properly closed and sealed; even a small gap can affect cooling. Check that there is sufficient space around the unit for proper ventilation and that the air vents are not blocked. Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or a very hot environment.
