Full details
This Makita Disc Cutter features a brushless DC motor for efficient and powerful performance, ideal for heavy-duty applications. It includes Active Feedback sensing Technology (AFT) to shut down the tool in case of sudden rotation speed drops, and Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT) which adjusts motor speed and torque for optimal cutting. The cutter also has a soft start feature, an electronic current limiter to prevent motor burnout, and an electric brake for operator safety. eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) provides maximum protection against dust and liquids, ensuring durability in extreme conditions. The battery cover protects batteries from water damage in wet cutting applications, and a water supply kit is included for dust-minimizing wet cutting. Designed for comfort, it has an ergonomic soft rubber grip for vibration absorption. The tool is powered by two 18V LXT Li-Ion batteries in series and has an overload indicator lamp. The lock-off button prevents accidental startup. Also included are 25 Makita E-03006-25 Cut Off Wheels, suitable for dry or wet cutting of concrete.
