Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Carefully unpack the thermometer, ensuring it is handled by the base or neck to avoid damaging the glass.
- Place the thermometer on a level, stable surface. Ensure it is not near direct sunlight, heating vents, or open windows where temperature fluctuations can be extreme or cause inaccuracies.
Compatibility:
This thermometer is a standalone decorative item and does not require any electronic compatibility or connections.
Care:
- To clean, use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the glass or the liquid within.
- Handle with care to prevent breakage. The glass spheres and the main body are fragile.
- Ensure the thermometer remains upright; tilting or shaking can disrupt the internal liquid and affect readings until it settles.
