Troubleshooting

Basket does not stand upright

Ensure the bamboo rim pieces are correctly and fully inserted into the fabric slots around the top edge. Check that the base is flat on a stable surface.

Fabric appears creased after folding

Allow the basket to unfold fully and stand for a period. Lightly steam the fabric (from a distance) or hang it to allow creases to drop out naturally.

Bamboo rim feels loose

Re-seat the bamboo pieces, ensuring they are firmly connected and locked into the fabric channels. If a piece is damaged, contact customer support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The JVL Bambanio storage basket comes flat-packed. To assemble, simply unfold the fabric basket and insert the provided bamboo rim pieces into the designated slots along the top edge. The process is designed to be intuitive and typically takes only a minute or two. Ensure the bamboo pieces are securely fitted.

Compatibility: This basket is designed for general household storage. It is compatible with most home environments and can be used to store a wide array of items including textiles, toiletries, stationery, toys, and craft supplies. It is not recommended for storing extremely heavy, sharp, or wet items.
