Renpho MorphoScan Nova Intelligent Smart Body Scale - Black

Yes, for accurate body composition measurements (body fat, muscle mass, etc.), you must be barefoot. Your feet need to be in contact with the scale's sensors. For simple weight readings only, shoes do not affect the outcome.

The scale supports multiple user profiles, allowing each family member to track their personal health data independently within the Renpho app.

The scale has a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs (180 kg). It's recommended to stay within this limit for accurate and safe operation.

Yes, you can use the scale to measure your weight without connecting to the app. However, to access and track detailed body composition metrics, a Bluetooth connection to the Renpho app is required.

Battery life depends on usage. When the low battery indicator appears on the scale display, it's time to replace the batteries.

The scale uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology, which provides an estimation of body composition. While generally reliable for tracking trends over time, it's an estimate and can be influenced by factors like hydration levels.

Ensure batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace batteries if necessary.

Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface. Recalibrate by stepping on and off quickly. Ensure you are standing still during measurement.

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone/tablet. Ensure the scale is within range. Try restarting your device and the scale. Re-pair the scale in the Renpho app if problems persist.

Verify Bluetooth connection is active and the scale is paired with the app. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version. Step off the scale and back on to trigger a new reading and sync.

Change the unit of measurement within the Renpho app settings.
