Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Identify the desired mounting location. For soft materials like wood or drywall, you can often start the screw directly. For harder materials, use a drill bit slightly smaller than the screw thread to create a pilot hole. Insert the hook into the pilot hole and twist clockwise until securely fastened. Ensure the hook is straight and firmly in place before hanging items.
Compatibility: These hooks are designed for lightweight items such as cups, mugs, keys, lightweight tools, and dog leads. They are best suited for mounting on wood, particleboard, or drywall (using appropriate anchors if necessary). Avoid using them for heavy objects.
Care: The PVC coating is designed for easy maintenance. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these could damage the coating. Ensure the hooks remain dry to prevent any potential issues, although the coating offers good protection against moisture.
