FAQs

Are these insoles suitable for daily walking?

Yes, their shock-absorbing properties make them excellent for daily walking, urban commuting, and light hiking.

Can I wash these in a washing machine?

It is recommended to hand wash them with a damp cloth to protect the structural integrity of the cushioning materials.

Do I need to trim these to fit my shoes?

Yes, the Pacerun insoles are designed to be trimmed to size to ensure a perfect fit in various footwear styles.

Are they gender-specific?

No, the Pacerun is a unisex design suitable for all users.

Will these help with arch pain?

The contoured support is designed to provide better alignment and support for the natural arch, which can alleviate mild fatigue.

Troubleshooting

Insole slips inside the boot

Ensure the original factory insole was fully removed, as stacking two insoles can cause slippage and poor fit.

The insole feels too tight in the toe area

Use sharp scissors to carefully trim the front edge of the insole, following the lines of your shoe's original footbed.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Significantly reduces foot fatigue on long trails
Breathable material prevents overheating
Provides reliable arch stability
Low-profile, lightweight design

Cons

Requires removing existing factory insoles for best fit
Not intended for non-removable or very slim footwear
May require trimming to match specific shoe shapes

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install, remove the original factory insole from your footwear. Place the Pacerun insole inside to check for fit; if it is too long, use the original insole as a template to trim the edges of the Pacerun with sharp scissors. Ensure the insole lays flat against the base of the shoe before inserting your foot. To clean, remove the insoles from your boots and wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap; allow them to air dry completely away from direct heat sources to maintain the integrity of the cushioning foam.
