Troubleshooting

Liner is not producing color or is streaky.

Make sure the felt tip is saturated with ink. Shake the liner well and try again. Store the liner with the tip down.

Line is too thick or difficult to control.

Practice on the back of your hand to familiarize yourself with the felt tip. Apply in short strokes for better control. Use a makeup remover to correct any mistakes.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

There is no specific "setup" required. Here's how to care for and use your Diorshow Liquid Liner:

Application: Shake the liner gently before use. Starting at the inner corner, draw a line along the upper lash line, working outwards. Use short strokes for better control.
Storage: Store the liner horizontally or with the tip facing down to maintain optimal ink flow and prevent the felt tip from drying out.
Care: Clean the felt tip with a damp cloth if necessary, but avoid excessive cleaning as this can damage the tip. Ensure the cap is always tightly closed to prevent the liner from drying out.
