Troubleshooting

Flash not firing

Ensure the battery is charged and properly inserted. Check that the flash and trigger are powered on and on the same channel/group. Verify that the sync cord (if used) is securely connected.

Slow recycle time

Check the battery level; a low battery can reduce recycle speed. Ensure the flash is not set to maximum power, as this requires longer recycle times. Allow the flash to cool if it has been used extensively in rapid succession.

Inconsistent color temperature

Ensure the flash is set to consistent color modes and power levels. If using different flash units, ensure they are all updated to the latest firmware. Avoid using the flash in extreme temperature fluctuations.

Wireless connection unstable

Move the flash and trigger closer together. Check for potential sources of interference (e.g., other 2.4GHz devices). Reset the wireless settings on both the flash and the trigger and re-pair them.
