Full details
The Palm Pals Kaia Snow Leopard is designed for plush toy collectors, children, and wildlife enthusiasts who appreciate compact, high-quality soft toys. Its primary benefit is the unique bean-filled design that allows it to sit perfectly in the palm of your hand, providing a portable and comforting companion. Please note that at 13cm tall, this item is quite small, so it may not be suitable as a primary stuffed animal for those looking for a larger, traditional plush toy.

FAQs
Is the Kaia Snow Leopard safe for all ages?
Yes, Aurora World designs their products to meet high safety standards, but please supervise very young children due to the size of the toy.

Does it come with a specific scent?
No, the Palm Pals range does not feature added scents.
Is this part of a set?
Yes, Kaia is part of the Aurora Palm Pals series which includes dozens of different animals to collect.
Is the fur synthetic or real?
All Aurora World plush toys are made from high-quality, 100% synthetic materials.
Troubleshooting
The plush appears slightly dusty after display.
Use a soft lint roller or a slightly damp microfibre cloth to gently lift dust from the white fur.
The toy does not sit perfectly flat.
Gently massage the base of the toy to redistribute the internal beans until the surface is level.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no setup required for the Kaia Snow Leopard; it is ready to use immediately upon unboxing. Because this is a plush item, it is compatible with all age groups, though it is best kept in clean environments to maintain the white fur. To care for your plush:
- Surface Cleaning: Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove surface dust.
- Avoid Immersion: Do not machine wash or fully submerge the toy, as the internal bean filling can become waterlogged and lose its texture.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the spotted patterns from fading over time.
