Check that the AA batteries are installed correctly according to the polarity markings and ensure they have a sufficient charge.
This often indicates low battery power; replace the old batteries with a fresh set of high-quality AA batteries.
Setup is straightforward: simply remove the candle from the packaging, ensure the battery compartment is secure, and switch the unit on. To maximize the longevity of your candle, keep the exterior clean by wiping it gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the cream finish. Although the candle is suitable for outdoor use, it is not weatherproof; always bring the item indoors if you anticipate rain or extreme humidity. When replacing batteries, ensure you use high-quality AA cells to maintain consistent light brightness.
