The 5 Star Office Retractable Ball Pen is designed for office professionals and students who require a reliable, everyday writing tool. Its primary benefit is the combination of a smooth, consistent ink flow and an ergonomic grip, making it suitable for long writing sessions. However, users should note that the ink is not archival-grade, so it may not be suitable for documents requiring permanent or legal-grade permanence.

No, the 5 Star Office Retractable Ball Pen is a single-use, non-refillable item.
This specific pack contains pens with black ink only.
These pens are ideal for general office use, but they are not labeled as permanent or archival, so they may not be suitable for long-term document preservation.
The pen features a 1.0mm tip that creates a 0.7mm medium line width.
Each pack includes 20 individual retractable pens.
Yes, the quick-drying ink and ergonomic grip make these pens a viable choice for left-handed writers.
The ball point may have a protective wax seal; scribble firmly on a piece of scrap paper to break the seal and start the ink flow.
Ensure the writing surface is flat and free of oils or dust, which can interfere with the ball point mechanism.
Check the barrel for any debris or physical damage; if the clip is bent, it may interfere with the internal spring mechanism.
These pens do not require assembly; simply click the top button to extend the nib and begin writing. To maintain optimal performance, always retract the tip when not in use to prevent the ink from drying out or causing accidental marks in pockets. While the barrel is shatterproof, it is best to avoid extreme temperatures, as heat can affect the viscosity of the ink. Store the pens in a horizontal or nib-down position to ensure the ink remains at the tip for immediate use.
