Troubleshooting

Unit wobbles after assembly

Ensure all screws and connectors are fully tightened. Check that the unit is placed on a level surface. Verify that the metal feet are correctly attached and adjusted if possible.

Doors do not align properly

Check the hinge installation and alignment. Some hinges allow for minor adjustments to ensure doors hang straight and close evenly. Refer to the assembly manual for specific hinge adjustment steps.

Damage to engineered wood during assembly

If minor chipping or scratching occurred, a wood repair pen or furniture polish might help mask the imperfection. For significant damage, contact the retailer for replacement parts.

Missing hardware

Double-check all packaging materials. If hardware is genuinely missing, contact VidaXL customer support with your order details and the specific part number needed.
