The Rea Rob shower set comes with a 2-year warranty from the manufacturer.

While the set is compatible with standard water pressure systems, optimal performance, especially for the rain shower and thermostatic valve, is best achieved with adequate hot and cold water supply pressure.

The rain shower head is designed to provide a rainfall effect. The spray pattern is primarily determined by the design of the nozzles and water flow, and is not typically adjustable beyond what the Anti-Calc system maintains.

The Anti-Calc system reduces the need for frequent cleaning. Typically, a light rub of the nozzles or a periodic wipe with a damp cloth is sufficient. Deeper cleaning with a vinegar solution may be needed if performance noticeably decreases.

The shower set is constructed from high-quality brass.

The shower height is adjustable between 85 cm and 115 cm.

This is a surface-mounted shower system designed for wall installation.

Ensure both hot and cold water supplies are adequate and properly connected. Check if the thermostatic valve is functioning correctly; consult the manual or a professional if issues persist.

Check for kinks in the shower hose. Clean the showerhead nozzles using the Anti-Calc feature or a mild descaling solution. Verify that the main water supply to the shower is not obstructed.

Ensure all connections are tightened securely. Check for damaged seals or O-rings at the connection points and replace if necessary. If leaking from the valve body, contact customer support.

Ensure no debris is obstructing the sliding mechanism. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the adjustment pole if recommended by the manufacturer, ensuring it does not contaminate the water.
