Troubleshooting
Doll loses its shape after washing.
Ensure the doll is not over-soaked or wrung out forcefully. Air dry on a flat surface. If stuffing becomes uneven, gently reshape it while damp.
Embroidery or flower details appear loose.
Inspect carefully for any loose threads. If minor, carefully trim loose threads. For significant loosening, it may require minor mending. Avoid pulling on these details during play.
Doll has a persistent odor.
Ensure the doll is completely dry after washing. If the odor persists, air it out in a well-ventilated area for a few days. Avoid using strong perfumes or fabric softeners during washing.
Doll's hair becomes tangled.
Gently comb the hair with fingers or a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working your way up. Avoid excessive brushing or using heat tools.
