Troubleshooting
Wrapping paper tears easily
Ensure you are using sharp scissors and moderate pressure when cutting. For heavier gifts, consider using a double layer of paper or reinforcing the folds with tape.
Tape does not adhere well
Ensure the paper surface is clean and dry. Try using a different type of tape, such as paper tape or a stronger adhesive tape, if standard transparent tape is not sticking.
Artwork appears faded
This is unlikely with a new, officially licensed product. If this occurs, check the storage conditions; prolonged exposure to sunlight can fade colours. Contact the retailer if the issue persists upon opening the package.
