How do I clean the mat?

The mat can be easily cleaned using a garden hose or a low-pressure jet wash.

Is the mat safe for wooden decks?

Yes, the materials are non-staining and designed to be safe for use on outdoor wood and stone surfaces.

Does the mat fade in the sun?

Troubleshooting

Mat sliding on smooth surfaces

Ensure the surface under the mat is completely clean and dry before placement to maximize the effectiveness of the anti-slip base.

Water pooling on the mat

Check that the drainage holes are not blocked by trapped debris and confirm the surface underneath is not causing a concave dip.

Stubborn stains

Use mild dish soap and warm water with a soft brush, then rinse thoroughly with a hose.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Eco-friendly material made from regenerated nylon
Easy to clean with a simple hose or jet wash
Highly durable construction designed for heavy outdoor use
Features a stylish, modern floral design
Anti-slip properties for increased safety

Cons

Floral pattern may not suit all minimalist decor styles
Requires periodic cleaning to keep the drainage holes clear
Limited to specific color options within the collection

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the mat is straightforward: simply place it in your desired outdoor location. Its anti-slip base is designed to work on most firm, flat surfaces.

For ongoing maintenance, the mat is incredibly low-maintenance. To clean, simply shake off loose debris. For a deeper clean, use a standard garden hose or a low-pressure jet wash to spray through the surface, allowing the water and dirt to exit through the built-in drainage holes. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the recycled nylon fibers over time. Ensure the mat is placed on a level surface to ensure the drainage system functions as intended.
