FAQs

Who are the Callaway Quantum Max OS Women's Graphite Irons designed for?

These irons are designed for adult lady golfers, particularly those seeking game-improvement features like maximum forgiveness, higher launch, and consistent distance.

What is the main benefit of the oversized shape?

The oversized, confidence-inspiring shape helps golfers feel more comfortable at address and promotes more consistent contact across the clubface, leading to better results.

How does the Tri-Sole Design improve play?

The Progressive Tri-Sole Design enhances turf interaction, allowing the club to move more smoothly through the grass. This helps maintain clubhead speed and promotes cleaner contact, especially on slightly heavy or low-faced strikes.

What is the purpose of the Urethane Microspheres?

Urethane Microspheres are integrated into the clubhead to absorb unwanted vibration at impact. This results in an improved sound and a softer, more premium feel without sacrificing the speed and forgiveness these irons provide.

Are these irons available for left-handed golfers?

Yes, based on the specifications provided, left-handed (LH) availability is indicated for most of the irons in the set.

What shaft is included with these irons?

These irons come with a Mitsubishi Chemical Eldio 40 shaft, specifically designed in a Ladies flex, weighing approximately 40g and characterized by High Launch and High Spin properties.

Can experienced golfers benefit from these irons?

While primarily designed for game improvement, golfers of all levels can benefit from the forgiveness and consistency offered. However, highly advanced players seeking maximum workability and nuanced feel might prefer a different model.

Troubleshooting

Reduced distance or inconsistent ball flight

Ensure the clubface is clean and free of debris. Check for any visible damage to the clubface or shaft. Verify proper swing technique and tempo.

Unusual sound or vibration at impact

Urethane microspheres are designed to dampen vibration. If the sound is significantly off, inspect the club head for any loose components. Ensure the ball is struck in the intended sweet spot.

Grips feel slippery

Clean the grips with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Consider replacing worn grips.

Club feels heavier or lighter than expected

Confirm you are using the correct club from the set. Graphite shafts can sometimes feel different. If a significant difference is perceived, consult a golf professional or retailer.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These irons come pre-assembled and ready for play. Ensure you select the correct set composition that best suits your game (e.g., including PW, AW, GW, SW). The standard configuration is optimized for adult female golfers.

Compatibility: The Callaway Quantum Max OS Women's Graphite Irons are designed with a specific shaft flex (Ladies) and grip (Lamkin ST Soft Women's Standard) intended for female golfers. They are compatible with standard golf equipment and accessories.

Care: To maintain the performance and longevity of your irons:

  1. Cleaning: After each round, wipe the club heads and faces with a damp cloth to remove dirt, grass, and debris. Use a soft brush for grooves if necessary.
  2. Shaft Care: Avoid exposing the graphite shafts to extreme temperatures or physical impact that could cause damage.
  3. Grip Maintenance: Periodically clean the grips with mild soap and water to remove oils and dirt, ensuring a consistent feel and tackiness.
  4. Storage: Store your clubs in a cool, dry place, ideally in a golf bag to protect them from the elements and physical damage.
